POSITION DESCRIPTION: Meet and Greet all potential sales customers on lot and by telephone. Take customer statements and explain approval. Work with Manager to find a car that will work for customer. Call all potential customers that have been approved, but have not purchased a car yet. Keep lot clean and neat. Arrange cars on lot in eye catching ways. Change sign weekly Selling cars at Auto Credit is more about helping people find the car and the financing they need. It is not traditional “car sales”. No previous auto sales experience is preferred. HOURS: Full time position Hours: 8-6 Mon-Fri, 8-5 on Saturday You will work some Saturdays Five day work week BENEFITS: 1 week vacation after 1 year 2 weeks vacation after 2 year Health insurance available at discount Sick days after 1 year Closed on major holidays SALARY: This is a commission paid position. Pay will be 2x month for commissions made on cars you sold. Training will be paid. You can expect to earn $35,000 to $40,000 your first year.
